Pros
You are treated as an adult where you are expected to complete your tasks without someone breathing down your neck which I find very rare in many organisations.
Tonnes of flexibility so long you get your work done on time. Everyone here is self-driven and proactive so tasks get done at the highest output.
Cons
Compensation can be better
Small teams, very little room for growth
