      Pros

      Right from the interview process I was very impressed with the outlook and direction of the company, the leadership are approachable, their vision exciting and their passion tangible. The wider team are collaborative, have great experience and knowledge, and are very welcoming and helpful. The services and direction of the company are exciting and innovative, with a clear customer-centric approach.

      Pros

      You are treated as an adult where you are expected to complete your tasks without someone breathing down your neck which I find very rare in many organisations. Tonnes of flexibility so long you get your work done on time. Everyone here is self-driven and proactive so tasks get done at the highest output.

      Compensation can be better Small teams, very little room for growth
