Good company to work for.

Decision making is very slow

The only reason to work there is because it is about renewable energy. There are very good people in the top management and great VPs but they are very few, all the rest of those so called leaders really can't understand the true meaning of being a right leader.

There are so many drawbacks in this organization. 1) top management is stubborn and limit creative thinking and new ideas and when it allows new ideas , it might takes nonth to be implemented. 2) lies, lies, lies. Company constantly tries to fool employee, it seems to be a culture of fooloing employees, not paying people based on their job title, etc... HR has very limited power as it acts as a poor service from other departments. HR practice are ok but very limited and people working there always try to fool employees around. 3) this is a company that is trying to copy business models from its peers instead of trying better by accepting ita employees value propositions on the job. 4) Some of the sales people seem to be very undereducated
