President & Vice President Not Friendly - Professional Taleris Credit Union Employee Review

Small company, one position has many responsibilities and wears many hats.

Old school, low pay. Culture consists of "my way or the highway" and avoidance of coaching to change or improve employee performance.

The Co-workers and at the time I worked there is was close to where I lived. Also the teller position is pretty simple there and they are never busy because of the low local member base.

The CEO and the Board of Directors. This company is mismanaged and treatment of employees is atrocious. Reviews are far and few between. No positive affirmations only negative feedback. The only happy employees are the ones that have been their so long they are waiting for a pension or that don't take the initiative to leave. Management sits in their offices and have higher than thou mentality. There is absolutely 0 opportunity of advancement or pay increases.
