2yWhile TalentRemedy does not share specific reasons for an employee’s involuntary departure, both employees and clients know that we hold the highest standards for both performance against goals and behaviors that align with company values. As suggested by many other reviews, our successful employees appreciate flexibility, autonomy and the support of management.
Unfortunately, we must occasionally take action when an employee is either not performing to our standards or not upholding our values. In such a situation, we follow a defined process with the intent to improve performance and/or behaviors. While the ultimate goal is success, sometimes a more difficult decision must be made in order to ensure we are upholding our standards and offering the best to our clients.
