Salary for call support is decent for third world BPO standards.
Cons
They drop you off to a client and leave you to fend for yourself. The TP side of management always supports the client no matter what, and won't ever protect you even if you're being wrongfully terminated. If you get lucky enough to find a good client, good for you. If your client sucks, then you can forget it. Not only that, but they don't even intervene if you're not trained by the client and then blamed for not knowing their preferences. And if you ever get benched because of the employer, even if wasn't your fault, they blacklist you and never send you applications anymore.
