      Pros

      Training is of videos where the owner talks at you for weeks. Theyve improved them a lot from before. You get them in emails every week now too. Hes so great.

      Cons

      Ive seen several layoffs in the time Ive been here. Senior management doesn’t know what they are doing and owner is even worse and constantly pats himself on the back while not grasping what actually takes place day to day. Call ourselves a staffing agency but we have a hard time filling jobs here.

      Pros

      The women on my team motivate me to be better every day. The culture is welcoming and open to ideas, not just sticking to what leadership suggests, which is refreshing. I've enjoyed working for TalentLaunch and taking challenges head on. I love the different groups that the company provides, ensuring support is given and provided.

      Cons

      Being fully remote was difficult to keep up or stay up to speed, but with a dedicated team who sees my potential, I've never felt forgotten.
