Pros

Zero to say the least

Cons

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. Communication was extremely poor throughout my employment and management showed little professionalism or accountability. Promises made during discussions were not fulfilled, and there was a clear lack of organization and respect for employees. The work environment felt toxic and unmotivating, with constant micro-management, favoritism and unrealistic expectations. Concerns raised were often ignored instead of addressed properly. Overall, the work experience was frustrating and stressful, and I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable or supportive organization.

Pros

The management has a clear and transparent expectation towards all newbies. They shared clear career path and how you will get up to corporate ladder. There is a monthly employee engagement which makes the environment balance over work. Top employee will always be rewarded monthly and of course the food is free. The Vietnam trip recently was also one of the highlights in our benefits.

Cons

Some newbies are leaving. Why? They find themselves not fit to this kind of job. The job is not for everyone. If you are too soft and not having a thick skin you will not survive to this kind of job. But good thing that the HR manager is sharing this expectation prior the hiring process.

Pros

supportive colleagues (not all of them) warning: read the CONS before joining the company

Cons

The management fosters a highly unsupportive and demoralizing work environment, where employees are often made to feel inadequate and undervalued, with little to no accountability taken for poor leadership practices. Despite promotions, there is no meaningful growth or development, and employees are left feeling stagnant in their roles. Micromanagement is excessive to the point where even briefly checking your phone is frowned upon, creating unnecessary pressure throughout the workday. Employees are also expected to justify attending to urgent personal or emergency matters, which feels intrusive and unprofessional. There is a clear lack of respect for employees’ time and boundaries, as staff are frequently expected to complete pending tasks after working hours without any overtime compensation. Unrealistic KPIs add to this pressure, with managers offering little practical guidance beyond repetitive, ineffective strategies, leaving employees to figure things out on their own. Training is minimal, with only a small portion of the role properly explained, making it difficult for new hires to succeed. Additionally, the culture around performance is discouraging. Employees who do not meet KPIs are often treated poorly and looked down upon, while those who do meet their targets receive little recognition. When employees express the intention to resign, management tends to apply pressure and use manipulative tactics to make them stay, rather than respecting their decision. Overall, this environment lacks support, transparency, and respect for employee wellbeing, making it a challenging place for long-term growth or job satisfaction.
