Pros

- WFH opportunity - Training provided - Great and active community - Highly responsive and positive teammates - Pay on time (mostly) - Keep the chat alive and offer incentives through games, etc

Cons

- Some say the pay is too little, although it's helpful in the current climate - The onboarding process with clients may sometimes take too long, so one may have to retrain (even up to 3 months) -
