Pros
The people, the transparent management and open door policy with senior leadership. Particularly through COVID, the business stuck by everyone and guaranteed our jobs. Not a single person was lost due to COVID, spectacular when you take into account what happened at a lot of our competitors and some of the bigger organisations (people were terminated or asked to work without pay!!)
The company lives and breathes it's values, these aren't just taglines slapped on a role. The people here genuinely do strive for better, lead the way and give a damn! I love coming to work everyday and I know the vast majority of my colleagues feel the same way.
Cons
Flexibility has only just started to be introduced into how people can work but it's great to see this starting to stick. Previously there was a lot of emphasis on being in the office which was driven by senior leadership. The tech isn't the most cutting edge either but this is set to change in the near future.
