      Pros

      Used to have good compensation and took care of loyal tutors.

      Cons

      Ever since the takeover from dymocks they cut pay and started using inferior materials. Also they lie right to your face about future pay rises.

      Perhaps a portal system and communication automation web-app suite (emails, phones, IMs) would provide more benefits than MS teams alone.
