Pros
- Not much better or worse than any other Berlin based startup
- The pay is actually good
- There was a neat team event or two, occasionally
Cons
- Loud, cramped office
- You are always made to feel like you aren't doing enough
- Do you have a life and family outside of the company? Not anymore you don't!
- There are perks like a well equipped kitchen and even a nap room. The trick is that you're discouraged from using them, even if they are your only coping mechanisms for getting through the long days.
- Excessive micromanagement where your every move is scrutinized
