Pros
The work is rewarding. The hours are fairly flexible. The coworkers are pleasant and believe in teamwork, a concept apparently not shared by the clinical supervisory team. The are ALWAYS hiring due to the turnover. The company offers a large array of professional trainings.
Cons
The place is chronically understaffed. The staff is constantly overworked and under appreciated. The pay rates are substandard, barely reaching a living wage, although advanced education is required to do the job. Much more attention and effort is placed on appearing to be a well run organization than is placed on actually being a well run organization. While official trainings are abundant, there is minimal on the job training. Rarely are objectives made clear until you fail to meet them.
