They have a very good training dept. great for young workers to gain experience in the field.
Cons
Poor pay. Poor benefits. Constantly make mistakes with paychecks. Lots of favoritism. Poor management. Too many supervisors and little accountability. Do not provide quality services because they are chronically understaffed to try to save money.
