      Pros

      In many organizations, people get to a middle level and then there's a glass ceiling, at Tal there is no glass ceiling. You have the power to achieve and go as high as you can. The CEO is a natural teacher and loves to mentor employees on achieving their goals. It starts with integrity in everything that you do. If you want to work in a professional environment with outstanding people Tal is the place.

      Cons

      I can't think of any negatives other than the great food that is surrounding me everyday.

      Pros

      Great teamwork environment with a lot of flexibility!

      Cons

      We spend a lot of time learning, which takes time away from production, but in all, happy to have a place to learn and grow.

      Pros

      I've been in sales and recruitment for over 10 years and I had no healthcare recruitment experience and she gave me a chance to learn. I learned everything about the Healthcare recruitment from the CEO and now i am one of her top producers. She has built a great company and she takes great pride in building professional, strong and ethical client and candidate relationships (it's instilled in my head, it's all about relationships and doing business ethnically). The team my CEO has created is hard working, collaborators with a family like environment. My CEO continues to mentor me every day and it feels good to go to work daily with a smile.

      Cons

      No cafeteria on the premises, and the freshman 15 because of all the goodies everyone brings from the CEO to the staff.
