The culture is great. Truly a family atmosphere. The new President is making changes that will only make the company better and seeks feedback from all employees. The company is growing. One of the best places I have EVER worked!!

Pay is not the best, but the culture, location and the extra things the company does makes up for it. Growing pains do happen as the company expands.

Overall all, there is so much dedicated talent that are intrinsically driven to do their best and that take pride in their work!

President lacks strategic vision. Unfortunately, shoots from the hip. Decisions are made based on limited perspectives and data.
