Pros
Benefits, Affinity groups, opportunities for trainings, hybrid work policy.
Cons
Lazy fake ambitious managers that could care less about the employees they manage and do not set them up for success. Lack of inclusivity, gaslighting, and favoritism by senior managers. Fake nice Heads, Senior Directors and Leads who will easily covertly sabotage. Political employees will easily and quickly get promoted for work already in their job description. Some so called hybrid workers work in a remote fashion and do not even live in MA while local hybrid employees are expected to return to office most days a week. Multiple waves of lay-offs. Competent and high-performers laid-off and caught off guard while toxic managers and employees remain. Reductions based off of recommendation from hired outside consulting firm only to find out that the company is in need of resourcing. The so-called expensive employees are let-go only to be filled in by so-called cheaper less experienced employees or expensive contractors to fill the work of full time employees that were let-go. No accountability for executive leaders for the company’s poor performance and weak pipeline compared to the overall industry.
