      Pros

      The work that they do is interesting and there seemed to be lots of opportunity for growth and training.

      Cons

      I was lead to believe that I would be hired to work a regular shift, but upon my first days of work, it became clear that after my training was completed that I would be moving to a night shift. Working the night shift really messed with my personal life and so I couldn’t continue to work there.

      Pros

      Great culture and opportunity to work alongside brilliant people. Work life balance is what you make it. Good opportunity to explore other areas and expand skills.

      Cons

      Things seem to get bottlenecked and there tends to be unclear expectations and lack of ability to use the skills you develop in new roles. Really hard to move up internally
