Pros
- This is the highest skill team I have every worked with. Every engineer I work with is brilliant. - At the same time, nobody has an ego, everyone is helpful and eager to learn and teach each other. - The code quality is amazing. - Amazing learning opportunity. I learned more in 3 months than I did in all of uni.
Cons
The team is small, and everyone has a lot of responsibility. All devs have to do user interviews every month. The responsibility can be a little overwhelming if you're not prepared for it.
