Pros
Management has very few conversations with you. You learn all aspects of recruiting, project management, account management, and an account executive since no one trains or works. You learn new selling techniques since no one there has any marketing ideas or experience.
Cons
No training. Told to fool around in the system and see management with any questions on day one. The goal of this company is to spend as little money as possible to make the largest margins. They will not invest in their employees, technology, or the companies future. CEO has poorly managed the company and is losing clients because of his lack of ability to adapt to a changing marketplace or the needs of his clients. Management has no idea what they are doing, and only follow what the CEO tells them while bringing no new ideas to improve or save the company. Employees running around the office talking about politics constantly and in a harassing manner. 0 goals, statistics, or numbers to go over since they have no way of tracking things. Also after interviewing at other companies the commission plan is significantly lower than anything in the market. If the CEO does not like you then you will be fired and/or grossly underpaid. I would not recommend working here, or working with this company. Also was paid my last check in $25 gift cards. Not sure if that is illegal, but very unprofessional for sure! (Try paying Bill's with $25 cards)
