Pros
Exposure: You get access to high-level projects involving government, healthcare, and media sectors that are hard to find elsewhere. Talented Engineers: The technical team is brilliant, and you will be surrounded by some of the smartest minds in the industry.
Cons
Undefined Scope & Role Ambiguity: Expect to wear multiple hats. "Job descriptions" are merely suggestions. You will often find yourself filling in for missing roles (PM/PMM/Ops) without corresponding title or pay adjustments. Engineering-Centric Culture: If you are not an engineer, your contributions ( Marketing, Strategy) are often undervalued or viewed as "support" rather than strategic drivers. Lack of Structure: The organization operates like a massive hackathon. Processes are non-existent or constantly changing. If you value SOPs and clear KPIs, you will struggle here. Burnout is Real: High reliance on a few "responsible" individuals to pick up "orphan tasks" that no one else wants to own.
