Pros
Sweet people. Pretty easy to get along with. Higher ups see potential early on, which is nice. Very receptive to new ideas and not afraid to invest in tools to work better. Overall, the small team is pretty tight knit and strong. They know what they’re doing with the company - place has a strong backbone and fosters growth.
Cons
- Like, no introduction to anything, no explanation of processes, best sellers, where anything is. I had to figure things out on my feet and felt out of the loop a lot; a lot of times i had to have known the right questions to ask to get guidance. - Family-like. Which some people like. I just want to switch off and not be reminded of work when I’m home. - Some amount of gossip/office politics. Not as bad as some other places though.
