Cons
Treatment with higher-ups is very difficult. Although team leaders offer plenty of freedom, the boss often likes to micromanage things and is often very attentive to everything, to the point of obstructing one's work. They offer lackluster training to newcomer employees, often leaving you to figure things out on your own. There are pointless meetings with the whole company biweekly. You have to provide your own working equipment (laptop).
