Pros

- Great work conditions - Amazing professional skills acknowledgement - Supervisor and directors encourage a solid work / life balance - Great salaries - They take security very fondly - The people I work with are very kind and have a good attitude - The high directions gives praise for good work, which in turns encourage employees to work hard - Diversified work days - Many different social activities, such as hotdogs, mapple syrup, golf, etc - They sponsor a ton of local activities organized by the local people and the city - They have an internal procedure about desk organization, along with IOW - The direction doesn't make you feel like you're way under them - Located in a small country city where everything is close by - Dedicated parking for motorcyles, ATV and ski-doos, because yes, you can get to work on a Ski-Doo! - Solid interview, they make sure you fit before you join

Cons

- There can be problems with finding a parking on plant shutdowns mornings - Not many ammendities to get food on-site, there are vending machines - The plant is GIGANTIC, and it can be easy to get lost at first

Pros

Strong product with genuine interest in market

Cons

My experience ultimately left me with no trust in company leadership, HR, or the organization’s commitment to employee well-being. After a serious workplace safety concern was raised, the concern was ultimately dismissed and buried despite commitments made by HR regarding employee safety. Those commitments were not upheld, resulting in a complete loss of trust in HR, management, and the organization as a whole. There was a noticeable disconnect between leadership and the realities faced by employees in the field. Sales representatives were frequently expected to compensate for shortcomings in planning, marketing support, sample availability, and cross-functional coordination. The burden of organizational dysfunction often fell on those closest to customers. There was also a significant disconnect between departments, resulting in poor communication, inconsistent execution, and a lack of coordination across the organization. Despite frequent meetings, reporting, and corporate messaging, there was little evidence of meaningful alignment between teams. While interactions between departments were often outwardly cordial, much of the collaboration felt performative rather than functional.
