Pros

Core product contains pretty impressive features. Great consultants and good peer support

Cons

Top management knows little of the product. New owner kept referring to how much they knew of the CPG market (its CPQ) !! Current plan seems to be replace European departments with cookie cutter marketing and sales based in Chicago - the sort of people that bounce from one SaaS B2B vendor to another every 9 months. Sales and development seems to be to add new bells and whistles to the core product in an effort to squeeze more money out of the existing customer base.
