You get a certain level of autonomy when working. They trust you to be a responsible adult and get your work done on time without someone breathing down your neck. Loved my coworkers from all different backgrounds, ages, and experiences. Received lots of free swag and goods at a reduced price.

The job can be incredibly stressful if you don't protect your personal boundaries/time. They will take as much from you as you are willing to give.
