Pros
Administratively, I thought they did an above-average job, especially regarding bureaucracy and easing foreigners into the German system. The company is generally well-staffed and the office is nice. The Glass Room exhibition is what they do best. If they left it at that the company would probably be much better off.
Cons
The executive management team is broken beyond repair. Former employees used to joke that it’s an ironic use of the term “Collective” because it’s really just a collective of two. Despite best intentions, the founders can’t seem to get out of their own way. Working there felt like being part of a large, dysfunctional family. Emotional breakdowns from employees were an everyday occurrence. The only reason they get an additional star is because I think they really did care about the problem they’re trying to solve at one point. Unfortunately, they lost the plot a long time ago. If you value your mental health this is probably not the place for you.
