- Minimum communication from leadership - No clear direction on anything account-related - Management expects you to seek without providing any assistance - No room to voice your opinion. If the Chief Revenue Officer makes a decision, you have to stick by it - Leadership is very rude in how you speak. They will tell you that you’ve pissed them if you tell them anything negative (which is most of the company) - High turnover rate.
