Pros
Flexible Hours, Good Team mates,
Cons
Imagine this is your first job. You are given a uniform on your first day, Crew Hat, Polo Shirt, Black Pants, Black Shoes. You go to the bathroom to change. Uniform shirt is to be tucked in no exceptions. Crew Uniform standards are strict. I was trained on everything from Food Prep, Cashier, Drive Thru. Our location gets busy. No breaks, long 8 hour shifts. No lunch. Chores, Cleaning, Food prep. Crash course in training. Closing shifts = slave. Cleaning, Non stop work, cleaning bathrooms, food prep stations, and washing dishes. Chained to the drive thru. Short handed jump on Food Prep. All while making $9/hr. It's stressful. You get hot in the food prep area with our polo shirt tucked in. At the drive thru customers who are mean while you slave away. Have to work fast & remember multiple items. When you are down team mates working at the drive thru window with a beeper telling you that you aren't going fast enough while your mgr is yelling to go faster. Miserable slavery. Shifts at crazy hours. Ugh. It sucks. Don't recommend.
