The pros aren't many but they do well at trying to give you a schedule that works for you. You'll almost always have a 5 day schedule which is nice. They pay well.

The managers are over worked so they're snappy. Some are down right disrespectful and even spit on an employee. Typically is business slows they start cutting. So your hours are never guaranteed.
