You will most likely make decent money. No tip pooling!

The standards of this company and what corporate asks is completely unattainable given the tools and resources that they provide. They ask for fine dining level service without any server assistants, a clean running dish washer, or decent food to serve to customers. If you're ready to run around like a chicken with your head cut off for the cash then by all means. But, be ready to do a LOT of work with little support.
