      $18 an hour for a shift lead which is very good in the fast food area.

      Cons

      They expect you to put your whole life into the job but don't reciprocate it back and show their appreciation. You're just a way to get their bonus.

      Always in need so hours are easy to get.

      Cons

      Constantly working crazy hours with no real recognition and you have to be willing to work more if someone calls out
