      There are a very select few in the business that are good to work with.

      Cons

      Total disorganization from within the entire company as a whole. Alot of hard work for VERY LITTLE pay. Favoritism is apparent. Lack of work ethics by majority of staff. Lack of organization, discipline, care or concern by management. Lack of benefits, motivators, raises.

      Rude management Unfair pay No lunch breaks No fresh air breaks if you dont smoke Not allowed to sit Not allowed to stop to get a drink No food or drinks infront of customers Racist isn't taken seriously and often isn't punished Homophobia isn't taken seriously and often isn't punished Ableism isn't taken seriously and often isn't punished Management will verbally put you down if you dont do good enough Very understaffed Works you 10+ hours in one day
