Pros
Great lively brand that is known to be innovative, in with the millennial. Office building is also amazing w great gym, etc.
Cons
Culture has evolved into more cut throat and back stabbing. Ever since previous CEO left, company has taken big step for the worse. Poor management at the top. Lots of talent attrition - good people are all leaving. It’s no longer the place that attracts strong talent - which is causing brand to lose steam.
