Lots of different things to do, can always stay busy. The built a new building and has a lot more space. They are always working to improve the facility and working conditions.

It would be nice to have a more formal training program for different positions.

-They left you to your own devices and didn't complain too much. -Some of the people were enjoyable to work with. -A lot of challenging jobs, if you enjoy that.

-Old dirty place with a lot of beat up machines. -No support from Engineering or Programmer, as they were poor at bidding jobs; providing proper prints/models; and figuring setups/programming. -Unrealistic scheduling because of the above. -A lot of Operators and not many Machinists.
