Easy to learn, pretty straight forward job as a dishwasher and cook. The staff outside of the kitchen are somewhat friendly.
Cons
Lazy full time kitchen workers, kitchen manager lets his full time workers walk all over him while he does a bulk of all the preparatory work. The stuff they don't want to do gets passed off to other part time workers while they spend a bulk of the time on their cell phones looking at Facebook.
