Where to start?
First..do NOT believe the positive reviews left here. The CFO, wife and co-owner, pressured employees to leave positive reviews. Those employees are no longer there either
The CFO is so cheap that when they have us come in for all-staff company meetings, their “breakfast” was granola bars and the plastic wrapped hard boiled eggs that you buy at the gas station. During COVID, when they were legally required to allow us to work from home, they required us to buy our own cameras, at our own expense. She has also been known to go thru our desk drawers after hours to make sure no one was stashing extra snacks. She regularly complained how many snacks were consumed and considered restricting how many snacks per person.
We were given a “contest” needed to EARN a kuerig for the office. The CFO decided to return the new kuerig that was won by our team, and bring her used one from home for the team to use.
The CEO, the husband, is the most condescending person alive. He truly believes he is the smartest person in the room and talks down to everyone any chance he gets.
You will receive no training. If you ask questions or don’t understand you will be laughed at and mocked or be told you’re not making any sense.
The CEO will change his mind about the sales process on a weekly basis. He will change the pricing and not notify anyone. He will change processes in his head, not tell anyone, then talk to you like you’re stupid when you don’t magically know the new process. This is what he refers to as “continuous improvement”.
He is obsessed with reports and is constantly having dashboards in Salesforce changed so he can pull any report for any information at any moment it pops into his head. We get very little support and guidance from management because they are always in meetings with him.
If you are experiencing internet issues to use your computer in meetings he will say “Oh come on! This is wasting my time!”
If you are in a meeting and can’t immediately answer his question you will be told “If you can’t come to a meeting prepared, don’t come at all”
Former TZA employees have discussed forming a TZA Support Group. DO NOT JOIN US!!
