Pros
A good company to work for a few years ago. They had a big client base, large stock holding and were generally respected within the industry. Sadly the same cannot be said anymore. Great pay and commission if you're a director or senior sales person. Otherwise its OK at best.
Cons
New CEO is one of several directors hired over the past couple of years who collectively ruined the company. Definitely a case of too many pot washers pretending to be cooks in the kitchen. Lots of politics. Promotion, allocation of accounts and other opportunities based on playing the game rather than merit or hard work. No training or investment in staff
