Pros

If you're more junior in your career, there is plenty to learn and you will have brilliant coworkers to help you along and grow your skills. Professional development also extends to those in mid-level and senior positions. The leadership team is very open and definitely the most transparent I have experienced in my career and I miss that aspect a great deal. They also tend to hire good people who maintain relationships even after they have left the company. If someone is a jerk or diva, they don't last very long. - Absolutely great coworkers, some of the most brilliant people in tech - Excellent benefits - Free daily lunch! - Good work/life balance - Good clients - Fun environment

Cons

It is a consultancy that cares deeply about the work and the clients, so there will be times when you need to spend long hours, but it was not a common occurence in my experience. The leadership can be direct, even blunt sometimes, but it is never with any malice, it is with the best intentions for the clients, business and people at heart. - Time tracking can be a chore but it's an absolute necessity for the clients - Meeting rooms are difficult to book, good luck
