I came from a large, very political company and Table XI is the complete opposite. Being smaller, we all work together very closely and enjoy the work we do. We are as selective about the clients we work with as with [incredible] folks we bring on, and when you add legos and pixie dust, you've got the secret combination to a great workplace. Our biggest responsibility is to internalize the client and provide them value, and everyone knows this. We also get to bring our distinctive personalities to work and we're free to play as hard as we work, and enjoy the ride.
