Pros
TWIST has been a really great place to work so far. The managers have been very supportive. They expect a lot, but help the employees to be successful. TWIST seems like more of a career place to work than just another retail job. The pay is commission based which works as a really big motivator for me. It rewards hard work. The other sales people are supportive of each other and don't back-stab or try to take sales.
Cons
You have to be a good communicator and be motivated by commission. If you just want to hang out and chit chat this job probably isn't for you. It does seem like the longer you are here the more regular customers you start to make and the more money you can make. One con may be the limited time off you can request during holiday times, but, it's retail, so it's to be expected for those that work in the industry.
