Some great co-workers Decent pay Used to be a good company, has gone down hill every year since I've been here. Going to look for job after bonus payout.

When an employee leaves, they are never replaced. Not enough employees to complete work. As a result, product quality and on time delivery suck! President doesn't care about employees or business. He's never on site and only cares about keeping pay and headcount low.
