Low senior/junior rate, lots of uncertainties among projects, very bad and unguided onboarding stage, less salary compared to other well known competitors, offices are so far away from the city, same salary increase to everyone doesn't matter you work hard or not, people with low technical knowledge and social skills can become a team leader easily after 5-6 years.
