Not a good company - Product Manager TUI Group Employee Review

A company that said for a while that it aims to be the "best company to work for" whilst being actually one of the worst companies to work for with a restructure during covid times and another restructure currently which creates uncertainty and gets dragged out for months/years, poor colleague engagement scores and low staff morale generally for long periods. Many great people are being forced out of the company - all of which are strong leaders and does not make any sense. Company is purely focused on profits, whilst losing market share to low cost competitors as a result. The top boss constantly pushes his hard-left political viewpoints via regular email updates. The company is also majority owned by some questionable people, so all those profits are funding what exactly? new systems have been needed for many years yet have failed to have been delivered, even despite promises of speediness due to in-house development and ownership of systems. Constant reminders of how the market is down at the moment and we need more profits, yet in the last year it was TUI's biggest profit to date. No opportunities for career development or growth at the moment (and for a while) due to current restructuring. Constant pushing of DEI messages yet some teams remain 80% female but that doesn't get mentioned anywhere. DEI seems to only apply to certain categories whilst others are surpressed and not based on merit, basically 2nd class citizens. Objective setting is usually months late with very unclear and vague / unachieavable goals which makes the whole process pointless.
