We understand your concerns around contract structure, communication, and opportunities for development, and we’re truly sorry to hear that some aspects of your experience have been frustrating. Your comments about seasonal contracts, transformation updates, and promotion processes are important, and we take them seriously.
We’re continuously reviewing how we can improve communication and create greater transparency during periods of change, as well as exploring ways to offer more stability and progression opportunities for our crew community.
