Pros

The contracts we supported were the best part of working for this company. I learned more on my own by supporting them then I did from TUC.

Cons

The summerside location is run by a manager who is only able to yes to everyone about everything. He holds no one accountable for anything including excessive unpaid time off, inability to do the job when a client complains about a specific agent he simply shifts them to another contract. He will throw valuable employees under the bus in order to protect his own position. Despite complaints from numerous employees to head office in Ottawa, nothing is done and he maintains his position. The employees now working in summerside are predominantly male and the majority are working behind the scenes to shift blame on other staff for their own shortcomings.

Pros

Strong technology support. Help desk personnel were friendly, knowledgeable and responsive.

Cons

Very competitive market space for managed IT solutions. Small to medium size employers not willing to invest in IT infrastructure which limited revenue growth. Marketing campaign and lead generation at the franchise level was poor.
