Pros

Every other Friday off (except when they don’t meet their financial goals) Lots of work available (mainly other people’s mistakes) 50% of the workers will actually care about their work and are willing to help Industry standard benefits Good experience/ specialized areas of manufacturing and aerospace

Cons

Over worked and under paid, feels worse than a fast food restaurant with unnecessary stress would be an overall review. Horrible top management and structure of teams. Main Building is dusty musty and full and rundown / unchanged from 1970s. No strategies or focus on quality, just a focus on profit which is terrifying for what the products they produce. You’ll get hired for one position and end up doing something else or overloaded with work, interns as well. Cheap company run very thin on resources. Focused on making problems and people just go away instead of preventing them, that is a top-down strategy. Angry and frustrated customers from lack of resources and quality of products. Problems will literally accumulate until a bigger issue comes along for distraction and you’ll fix maybe a couple things but the underlying issues aren’t ever addressed or cleaned up. Some people aren’t qualified to even do their job i the first place rather they hire and fire to fill positions which is terrible for employees who really do care about their work you’re just dragged down by other lazy people and management doesn’t do anything about it.

Pros

Culture of quality from production, and process is very good. All take ownership of their own work. Pride is shown in the products made, and fun to work on.

Cons

Recent drop in quality and customer support from management. Culture of quality not as supported as had been in previous years. Job security declining.
