TTM gives back as much as you are willing to put in. Work is appropriately challenging and nothing is impossible with the support from management and engineering staff.
Cons
The nature of the business and printed circuit boards has a learning curve that takes some time to understand. Jobs and tasks might change as work flow changes, but this is laid out ahead of time.
