Pros

The pros are many based on each individuals own experience. The company recognizes and supports the balance of your work life and personal life. The company offers benefits that are affordable and prompt to their employees, 30 days after your hire date, you have your benefits, should you decide to utilize them. Team Leads as well as coaches most definately fo above and beyond for their team, not only as a whole but individually as well. Very encouraging as well as supportative when and if you doubt yourself. Many resources available to you to ensure you are comfortable with your position, as well as the job requirements you perform.

Cons

There are downsides with the company, as there is with any company. Again the cons are based on each individuals own experience. My own personal experience that was not so much a con, but a struggle based on my own capabilities. Be sure you are aware that although you applied and were hired for one position, that particular position may be eliminated, and you will be required to be flexable for the new position it is replaced with. You will have the proper training required for the new position, however you may not be one who can perform the duties within the new position. This is by no fault of the company in regards to my own experience, but it was a con for me as I am not one who could not multitask in the manner the new position required.
