Helping customers with daily issues.

Cons

I feel like I was discriminated against due to the fact that I have bipolar disorder a lot of hurtful comments were made by my trainer at the time while in training. Their was also alot of favoritism shown with certain employees.

Back to back calls but is manageable.

Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

Cons

You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
